Terms and Conditions 

Placing your order

All orders are subject to availability. You will be contacted within 72 hours of receiving your order request to confirm whether we are able to take your order. Based on our policy, your date/order is not reserved until a non-refundable deposit of 50% (or full payment for orders under $100) is received. 

When inquiring about availability, the date(s) given are valid for 48 hours only. After that, if you have not made a deposit to confirm your order, the date will be opened up for other customers. If your order is within two weeks of inquiry, the availability window will be valid 24 hours.

Note: You must let me know when you have sent the payment so that I can book my calendar accordingly. If you do not notify me, I am unable to keep track of my orders. 

Cancellation Policy

All orders must be cancelled at least 10 days prior to the pick up date. If cancelled before the 10 day mark, payment (minus a 20% fee to compensate for my time in planning and designing the order) will be returned to the customer. Orders cancelled less than 10 days prior to the pick up date are not eligible for any refunds. If the order has not yet been started, the payment may be used for a future order dependent on the bakery’s availability. No refunds will be given after cookies have been baked. 

Delivery

We also offer delivery services. Price varies based on the distance and item(s) being ordered.

Cakes (all tiers)

Over 25 miles, base fee of $80 + $1.50 per mile (one way)

Under 25 miles, base fee of $50 + $1.50 per mile (one way)

Cookies:

Base rate of $30+ $1.50 per mile

Pick Up Policy

In order to maintain satisfaction and trust from our clients, we have a strict pick up time that runs from 11 AM-1 PM daily. Since we provide delivery services as well, this time slot is to ensure that the best possible arrangements are made to accommodate and fulfill the needs of each and every client. As such, we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to arrive during those hours so that we can plan accordingly. We allow a 30 minute grace period after which there will be a $5 fee. In addition, your order may fall behind until all other orders are picked up and delivered. 

Cookie Care

Cookies are delicate and can break if handled incorrectly. Once you pick up your cookies it is your responsibility to keep the cookies whole and at the appropriate temperature. Sugar cookies (in heat sealed bags) are best stored on the counter/at room temperature for up to a week at peak freshness. No need to refridgerate!

Our baked goods are made in a kitchen where known food allergens including, but not limited to dairy, nuts, and wheat are used.
